installation problems with flim

I've confirmed APEL was correctly installed by the same way in
my computer.  However, it may be better to make EMU_DIR into the
same value as APEL_DIR (that is, "~/.emacs-lisp/apel"), if you
aren't using various versions of Emacsen.

You can install FLIM modules in the "~/.emacs-lisp/flim"
directory using the following command:

make install LISPDIR=~/.emacs-lisp
