It is correct that I believe. Probably Emacs 21.2 has a bug in
the utf-8 coding-system. You can fix it using Mule-UCS.
By the way, I've added Latin-8 and Latin-9 charsets in the CVS
repository of APEL. Now MIME-Edit will use the ISO-8859-15
charset for Latin-9, not UTF-8. You have no need to use the
following form which I've mentioned in another message, if you
use the most recent APEL.
