I don't know why does your XEmacs use mel-b-el. It should be
mel-b-ccl if you really use XEmacs 21.1.12 with mule to install FLIM
1.14.2. However, if you set the value of the variable
`mel-b-ccl-module' to nil purposely (or by accident), it does so.
Otherwise, please make sure wheher mel-b-ccl.elc exists in the XEmacs
package directory.

By the way, it seems that mel-b-el is out of support in FLIM 1.14.2
because it does not require `pces' even if it is needed to byte-
compile mel-b-el.el.  Morioka-san?
