If you are willing to pretend the behavior of user agents that
do not recognize Multipart/Related, which is described in section 6
of rfc2387, following setting will do it:
  (defalias 'mime-display-multipart/related 'mime-display-multipart/mixed)

I read rfc2387 says that parts other than object root should be
related from the root...
note: I didn't read rfc2387 carefully, my understanding shall be wrong
