You don't need to make an excuse. I simply reproached the
attitude you turned away the offer from the door. We should be
first pleased that our works will see the light of day, thanks
to Simon.

Although the FLIM/SEMI versions surely differ from those modules
which are using neither APEL nor LUNA, is it a problem truly?
APEL and LUNA aren't widely accepted in the world as is commonly
known (also there are some people who hate them). Anyhow, those
modules will be included in Emacs in the near future. Supposing
they conflict truly, the FLIM/SEMI modules should be renamed,
shouldn't they?

There is no rule that FLIM/SEMI modules should use APEL and LUNA.
Isn't it better to accept them first rather than having a barren
discussion?

APEL has become complicated since it was supporting many Emacs
variants including old Mule for years. However, today's
FLIM/SEMI aren't supporting them. So, even if any problem
occurs with merging them, I think it can be easily fixed.

P.S. It is the weak point of this community that nobody
participates in such a discussion. :<
