Sorry for not responding sooner.  Mostly it looks like OK to me, but I
have a few comments on some possible changes.

1. Please be careful in pervasive stuff under gnus/pgg.  If there were
lisp shadows with APEL/FLIM modules, it might cause trouble with other
MUA such as Wanderlust.

2. Could you keep from not using mm-* functions too much?  Which
allows to distribute PGG library individually like starttls package.
