[Yoichi NAKAYAMA]

Hi, folks
I've translate the Japanese text part remaining in English manuals
for semi and flim into English. (History section in flim manual is
still in Japanese, sorry) I've committed them to flim-1_14 branch
and semi-1_14 branch in CVS.
I'm worried that I might misuse some technical terms or some English
expression, so please correct them if you find ones.
