starttls: windows binary?

Nope, I gave up. I almost exclusively use Linux and FreeBSD now, so
this is not a big problem anymore. I didn't know about the poll thingy,
though.

I also realized that some newer version of starttls are out now. When
I tried it the most recent version was 0.5 IIRC and there hadn't been
any updates for years.
