SASL library as XEmacs package

I'm just curious about what part is really conflicting with mail-lib's
smtpmail.el.  If it matters that there are some variables renamed from
smtpmail-* to smtp-* (e.g. smtpmail-default-server), we shall prepare
aliases for them with using delegate.el:
