Yes, of course. SEMI and FLIM (possibly, and APEL) packages are
indispensable to SEMI-MUAs -- Cmail, Nana-gnus, T-gnus,
Wanderlust, etc. They have an interface program to SEMI and
FLIM by themselves. AFAIK, a program for RMAIL to use SEMI and
FLIM (like tm-rmail?) is under development. It may be included
in the future Emacs. Unfortunately, I don't know how to use
SEMI and FLIM on the existing RMAIL.

Probably, it is not always necessarily to read manuals for SEMI
or FLIM to use SEMI-MUAs. All, do you have any comments?
By the way, only FLIM is not the successor to tm. You should
use SEMI, FLIM and APEL packages for SEMI-MUAs.
