I have flim 1.14.2 (as provided with SuSE 7.2).  I've added "(require 'mime)"
to my .emacs (via .gnu-emacs).  The "*Message*" buffer shows it as having
loaded correctly but if I type "M-X mime-<TAB>" the only options that appear
in the completions buffer are:

Possible completions are:
mime-decode-header-in-buffer	   mime-decode-header-in-region
mime-decode-region		   mime-encode-region
mime-insert-encoded-file	   mime-write-decoded-region

Where is mime-parse-buffer etc.?

Is there some setting I might have that is preventing it from working
correctly?
