In apel module of cvs.m17n.org:/cvs/root, there are latest version in
the default tag.  However, for flim, semi and emh, there are no
meaning in the default tags.  Instead of them, flim-1_14, semi-1_14
and emh-1_14 branches have the latest version of FLIM 1.14, SEMI 1.14
and EMH 1.14.

For semi-gnus, there are some available branches.  I'm using
chaos-1_13 (will be chaos-1_14), but Nana-gnus or T-gnus seems better.
However I don't know what is the right branch of them.
t-gnus-6_14-quimby branch seems active.  But I'm not sure it is right.

For wanderlust, wl-2_4 branch seems available.  But I'm not sure it is
right.
