Due to the moving of servers, Web/mail/Git services of chise.org
(chise.org, www.chise.org, lists.chise.org, git.chise.org,
qwik.chise.org, chise.zinbun.kyoto-u.ac.jp) will stop at Mar 11th.

CHISE IDS Find (http://www.chise.org/ids-find) will work at
alternative server, but it will be slower than current server.
