[APEL-en:1001] Unifying apel git repos

Hi,

There are currently two git repositories for the APEL project, each
derived from the old CVS repo, but incompatible, because they do not
share a common ancestor.

1. http://git.chise.org/gitweb/?p=elisp/apel.git
2. http://github.com/wanderlust/apel

I am trying to get Wanderlust packaged on the MELPA repository. But
the github repo is not official, and the chise repository does not
contain some changes from github that I believe are needed for recent
emacs.

Ideally it would easiest if these repos the same. Is there any chance
of a merger?
